At Zero Mile, we believe local retailers are the heartbeat of the riding community. Coffee shops, gear shops, and motorcycle stores are more than just places to buy products—they’re gathering points where riders swap stories, plan trips, and discover the gear that helps fuel their adventures. That’s why we’ve launched the Zero Mile Retailer Initiative: a program designed to support and empower local retailers in a market that has become increasingly difficult with the rise of online sales.
We’re not just talking about supporting local—we’re putting our money where our mouth is.
Why Partner with Zero Mile
Lower Retail Pricing
Unlike other brands, we don’t inflate our website prices just to give retailers a “discount.” Instead, we actually take a financial loss to ensure that our retail partners can sell our products for less than our own webstore. This is our way of generating traffic to your shop and making sure local riders have a reason to stop in and buy from you first.
No Minimums
We understand the challenges of running a local shop—big brands often require large minimum orders that tie up cash and take up space. At Zero Mile, there are no minimum quantities on your orders. Order what you need, when you need it.
Priority Access to Inventory
If a product is moving quickly off your shelves, you shouldn’t have to wait weeks to restock. As a retail partner, you get priority access to our inventory. If we have it in stock—even if it means pulling it from our own webstore—we’ll make sure you get what you need.
One-Year Warranty on All Products
Motorcycle brands rarely stand behind their products, but we do things differently. Every Zero Mile product comes with a 1-year warranty, so you and your customers can ride with confidence. If stitching comes undone or a zipper fails, we’ll take care of it—no questions asked.
Crash Replacement Warranty
Accidents happen. That’s why all Zero Mile products are also backed by our Crash Replacement Warranty. If your customer goes down and their gear is damaged, we’ll work with them to replace it. It’s another way we stand behind the riders and retailers who support us.
Let’s Build the Community Together
The Zero Mile Retailer Initiative isn’t just about selling products—it’s about building stronger relationships between brands, retailers, and the riding community. When riders buy from their local shop, everyone wins: the rider gets trusted gear, the retailer gets well-deserved support, and the community thrives.
If you’re a retailer who shares our vision, we’d love to welcome you into the Zero Mile family.
