Zero Mile Apparel Return Policy

We want you to love your Zero Mile gear—whether you’re on the road, trail, or just grabbing a coffee. If it’s not the right fit, we’ve got you covered.

1. Return Window

  • New, unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must include the original tags. Without tags, we can’t resell the product and won’t be able to process the return.

  • If an item is mailed back in the clear garment bag a 10% restocking fee will be added. The item must be returned in a seperate container. 

2. Sizing Exchanges

  • Ordered the wrong size? No problem—simply request a return, then purchase the correct size.

3. Return Shipping

  • We’ll cover your return shipping costs for all eligible returns.

  • Return Packaging Policy & Restocking Fee

    To ensure products are protected during transit, all returns must be shipped back in proper external packaging (poly mailer, box, or equivalent).

    Using the clear garment bag alone as the shipping container is not acceptable, as it does not provide adequate protection and often results in damage, dirt, or deformation of the product.

    If an item is returned using only the garment bag or in any packaging that does not reasonably protect the product we will apply a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers cleaning, repackaging, and any loss of resale value caused by improper return packaging.

    Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may be subject to additional deductions or refusal.

4. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at Support@zeromileadv.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
