Zero Mile ADV – Terms of Service

By purchasing products from Zero Mile ADV, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.


1. General Terms

  • All purchases from Zero Mile ADV are subject to these Terms of Service.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.


2. Assumption of Risk & Safety Disclaimer

  • Motorcycle riding, whether on-road or off-road, is inherently dangerous and carries a risk of serious injury or death.

  • Zero Mile ADV makes no guarantees—express or implied—that our products will prevent injury, death, or property damage.

  • While our gear is designed with protective features, no apparel or equipment can eliminate all risks associated with motorcycle riding.

  • By purchasing and using our products, you accept full responsibility for your own safety and assume all associated risks.


3. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zero Mile ADV purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

  1. Return Window – New, unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Condition – Items must include all original tags. Without tags, we cannot resell the item and your return will be denied.

  3. Sizing Exchanges – If you ordered the wrong size, request a return and place a new order for the correct size.

  4. Return Shipping – Zero Mile ADV will cover return shipping costs for all eligible returns.

  5. How to Start a Return – Email Support@zeromileadv.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.


4. Free Crash Replacement Policy

If you’ve been in a crash, we will replace your Zero Mile ADV apparel at no cost, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Contact Us – Email Support@zeromileadv.com to start your crash replacement request.

  2. Documentation – Provide details of the incident and a copy of the official police report. This is required—no exceptions.

  3. Send in Your Gear – We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send us the damaged apparel.

  4. Replacement Item – We will send a replacement in the same style and size, subject to product availability.

  5. Timing – Replacements are shipped as soon as stock is available.


5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Mile ADV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our products.

  • By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your safety while riding.


6. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


7. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
