Double Front Work Pant V2 – Lab-Tested AA Abrasion Resistance with Added Hip & Knee Armor Pockets

DOES NOT INCLUDE ARMOR WE HAVE SAS TEC ARMOR FOR SALE OR SIMPLY USE YOUR OWN

Our Double Front Work Pant V2 is independently lab-tested to AA abrasion resistance under EN 17092-1:2020 (impact zones only) by TTI Labs — a recognized third-party testing facility for motorcycle protective gear. This means the fabric in key slide areas meets rigorous European standards for durability during a low- to mid-speed slide.

Now upgraded per rider request: The V2 includes dedicated armor pockets in the hips and knees to cover critical Zone 1 areas, giving you the option to add CE-rated armor exactly where protection matters most.

Built by riders, for riders who tackle everything: aggressive trails, remote campsites, roadside fixes, and that inevitable "coffee stop" 200 miles from nowhere.

Why these pants earn your trust on and off the bike:

  • Tough protection engineered for the ride Double-layered front panels with extra reinforcement shield knees and shins from abrasion, rocks, and wrenching in the dirt. The new V2 armor pockets at the hips and knees let you install your preferred protectors for enhanced impact protection in Zone 1 areas. Kevlar-reinforced seat and Aramid-lined thighs add slide resistance if things go sideways — because dignity (and skin) preservation is non-negotiable.
  • All-day comfort without compromise Built-in elastic waistband stretches for post-diner belly or layered riding. Super-stretch crotch panel moves with you — no chafing on long hauls, crouching by the fire, or swinging a leg over the saddle.
  • Practical details that actually help Breathable design keeps you cool on hot days. Expandable zipper cuff (Over-the-Boot version) for easy boot fit without bunching. Double belt loops handle wide or standard belts. Roomy enough for your preferred knee pads or braces. Premium touches like durable YKK zippers, printed pocket bags, and mesh lining for next-level feel.
  • BYOKP: Bring Your Own Knee Protection Enough room to wear your favorite knee pads or full knee braces on moto and dual-sport days, and more comfortable soft knee pads on ADV days. With the new armor pockets, you now have even more flexibility for hips and knees.

Materials Breakdown (Transparent & Tested):

  • Outer: Cotton Cordura (51% Cotton, 32% Nylon, 17% Polyester) — premium blend for toughness and everyday wear.
  • Reinforcement: 30% Aramid (Kevlar-family), 70% Polyester — high-slide protection in critical zones.
  • Lining: 100% polyester mesh — breathable and quick-drying.
  • Crotch: Super-stretch poly elastane — unrestricted movement.

Zero-Risk Confidence Boosters:

  • Crash Replacement Warranty — if you go down, we replace it (details on site).
  • Hassle-Free Sizing Exchange — wrong fit? We cover return shipping and swaps.
  • Rider-tested in real conditions — because we ride the same backroads you do.

These aren’t just pants; they’re reliable backup for busted knuckles, burnt marshmallows, and backroad bravery. Ready for dust, tools, coffee grounds — and whatever else the trail throws at you.

Pants that work as hard as you ride. Grab your V2 pair and ride with even greater peace of mind.

Pants came quick! They are exactly what i was looking for! High quality and built to last! Attention to detail is bar none! You can see that riders influence the creation of the pants! Attention to detail. Love the stretch heavy duty waist strips! When i sit to ride I don't get squeezed uncomfortably like other brands to. They actually adjust to my riding position. That is huger for me. Other big brands i have used don’t have the give these do! My go to pants. And whats cool. Can walk into an office meeting with them on! No more weird plastic type 1,200 dollar pants for me. Oh and these wont melt if you get too close to the fire!!! Thorny brush slaps against my thighs didn’t cause any pain or discomfort in the Rafael Swell today in Utah! Hit it out the park baby!!! Thanks!! Oh and thanks for the T-shirt and pair of gloves! So far so good. Have only taken them on one 500 mile trip so far, but I love how comfy the pants are. I have a 31" inseam and they fit darn near perfect on me. Fairly warm day too, but they remained comfortable. Hopefully wont have to test the durability. Keep the rubber side down, ride smart out there.

Pants arrived today. Fast shipping. These pants are great. Just wish they made 30" inseam with 32" waist. The fit is perfect, except length. I really want to love these, not sure what I am going to do about the extra inches of length. Kind of sucks the pants are designed for 5-10 plus.

These pants look good and seem to be well made. I’m 5’6” and 150lbs. My regular pant size is 32x30 so for the Double Front Work Pant, I ordered a 32x32. Fits great in the waist even with my Bohn armored leggings on. The elastic waistband is a nice touch. The length was perfect especially when sitting down on the bike. The only two things I’d like to see improvements on: 1. More front/back rise. It would just feel a lot more comfortable with more room here especially when riding dirt where you sometimes have to sit and stand over and over. 2. Deeper, more accessible pockets. Maybe even a zipper or two. The pockets on these are very similar to traditional jeans pockets. Not very deep and the openings are a little cramped. Overall, I’d recommend these pants if low/mid rise pants are not a big deal to you.

ADV Gear that Looks Like Jeans, Not a Ski Suit.

If you’re tired of "size small" adventure gear that fits like a pair of 1980s puffy ski pants, these are the answer. Most ADV gear is bulky, stiff, and makes you feel like you’re ready to defend the bunny hill. The ZeroMile Double Fronts are the exact opposite—they actually fit and look like a comfortable pair of jeans. The cut provides just the right amount of flex in the saddle, and the over-the-boot tailored fit avoids all the usual "bib-style" bulk. It’s a massive relief to find gear that isn’t over sized.
